Strikes

Vertical Punch: Use shoulders and hip for power

Hammer Strikes:
a) To Nose vertical
Slap: Block while simulteanously striking blow to nose. Or throat.

Shoulder Roll:

Falling:

Head High Double Punch: Push hand of opponent to the side of his non striking from out while moving away from the line of attack and punches to jaw or face and SCAN

Neck lock with opp.ts right hand: open hand to his ball with your right, bring left hand over his head from behind, shut nostrils, eyes and push down, two blows to adams apple.





Training

2 minutes non-stop fighting. Punch pads, with kicks, groin kicks etc.

Warm Up : tuck jumps, twist and jump around

One Leg Push _ Ups:

Push Up Stance 360

Push Up Stance - Bring other person down.

Warm Up: Changing Directions


360:

1) Swiveling 180
2) 2 on 1
3) 6 on 1
4) 360 with foot strike

Hand Release & 360

360: 2 on 1, 2 on 1 180 degree switching, 1 on 1 180degree switching, move body away from defense contact. push out hard. 6 on 1.


Hand Release: twist and push out, to break weak link between thumb and index finger of gripper.
Two hands: Hold fist and pull, trying to strike opponents elbow with your elbow. Or push one out while simultaneously twisting and pushing out the other.
